    • clean concrete using 3000 – 5000 psi pressure washer
    • Oxi Clean used as needed

    • thorough inspection of concrete
    • apply sealer repair to acrylic seals where needed 
    • clean possible leaching calcium on steps
    • repair possible chipped concrete edges along patterns
    • repair possible hairline cracks
    • apply Sealer with Anti-Slip to acrylic surfaces

    • cleaned using muriatic acid on acrylic surfaces / less invasive cleaning on penetrating surfaces
      (Not included in our 5-year warranty. Included when purchasing Re-Sealing)

    • filled using colour hardener
      (Not included in 5-Year Warranty. Included when purchasing Re-Sealing)
